Quick update!! A huge swing in activity out of Milwaukee. This update is to let you know the big King Salmon are turning on. Coho Salmon fishing is also improving. Badger Tackle Reaper or Vulcan spoons getting it done. To get my fish reports and how to videos first go to http://www.jimhirt.com By subscribing you will keep ahead of the other anglers. How Chinook

Chinook are coming on Reaper Magnum Big Joe Silver spoons run long behind the downrigger ball or on five color lead cores. Vulcan Magnum spoons in blue/green or silver/ green on the long lead cores are also taking Chinooks. The only place you will find Reaper and Vulcan spoons is on my web site at http://www.badgertackle.com

How Lake Trout

Beat the bottom with long lead spoons and SWR rigs. Best action has been 85 feet and out to 150 feet

Rainbows are reliable.

Run 2,3,4,5,6 color lead cores with orange, red or green spoons. Best action in 100 to 200 feet of water.

Where!

This is the hot location. Water temperatures near shore are warm. This is no problem for mature salmon. The Kings have moved in as they do late August and September. They can be caught on high presentations. Fish the entire water column in 50 to 60 feet of water for the best action. Our best speed was 2.0 to 2.2 mph measured at the ball with the Depth Raider.

Have a great fishing season. Jim charters out of Milwaukee, WI. with Blue Max Charters. He can be reached at 414-828-1094 or visit his web site at http://www.bluemaxcharters.com Copyright© 2014, James J. Hirt, All Rights Reserved.
