I booked Captain Jeff Wansor yesterday (2 kids and two adults). He has great knowledge of the tricky intercoastal waters and made some nice adjustments according to the tide we had to deal with. We fished the Palm Valley area for sea trout. We ended up with a hit on just about every cast, fishing float rigs with shrimp. The kids always got a hit when they weren't paying attention and missed so many fish. We still boated many fish, however a dandy trout was the one that got away next to the boat.
If in the Jax area, I highly recommend using Captain Jeff's services. His boat is very stable and comfortable for inshore fishing.
