Fishing the flood tides in the marshes around the Jacksonville Intercoastal Waterways is very good right now. Fish a fake soft plastic mullet lure in the shallow streams. No or little weight on the lure.
C&H Lures has a very good selection of these baits.
Also, good advice can be found at Rick's Bait and Tackle near Beach Marine.
Yesterday, I caught 2 reds in 15 minutes. Largest landed was 23 inches. Had a monster break me off. This one was easily 30+ inches, but was tough to move him through the heavy grass.
If you can wade these marshes you can find success.
